Refund policy

While we take pride in the quality of our products, the effects of cannabinoids such as HHC vary from person to person and do not qualify as a reason for a refund.

If your product arrives damaged or your order is missing items, you must notify us on the day of delivery by emailing contactpurplehills@gmail.com. Your email must include:

  • Your order number in the subject line (e.g., “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #XXXX”)

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos of the product in question

  • Photos of the box

  • Photos of the packing slip

Once we receive all required information, we will review your claim. This process may take up to 5 business days or longer, depending on the issue. Failure to provide all requested information may result in automatic denial of your request.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout. If you purchased shipping protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with them for a resolution.
